Just a heads up: All sales are final to keep things running smoothly during these times. Before you hit that order button, make sure to double-check the photos and descriptions. If you catch a mistake, give us a shout right away! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t offer refunds.
Returns or Exchanges

One-of-a-Kind Treasures: All our items are handmade, so each piece is unique and full of character. Please note, the exact item you ordered might not be available for exchanges.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you’re not thrilled with what you received, reach out to us at contact@macodecor.com. We’ll work with you to exchange it for a similar item, though the exact piece might be out of stock.

Damage: If your item gets damaged or has an issue within 7 days of delivery, we’ll work with you on a replacement. Just keep in mind that the exact item might not be available. Return or exchange shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Custom Orders: There’s a 10% restocking fee for returns on custom or unique orders.

International Orders: You’re responsible for any customs or duty fees in your country.

Lost Shipments: Once a tracking number is given, we can’t replace lost or missing shipments.

Damage in Transit: We’re not responsible for any damage that happens during shipping.
