For example, products within our Baby Alpaca Collection currently have an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately eight weeks from the date of purchase, including production, processing, and shipping.

Estimated timelines are provided in the applicable product descriptions and may vary due to production schedules, international transportation, customs, or carrier delays.

We will communicate material delays and provide legally required cancellation or refund options when applicable.

Preorder and custom-order purchases are considered final sale, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers should carefully review sizing, specifications, estimated delivery dates, and product details before purchasing.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Maco Decor ships products from Northern California using available postal, parcel, and freight carriers.

Shipping charges, delivery options, and applicable free-shipping promotions are determined by the shipping terms presented at checkout.

Orders for in-stock merchandise are generally processed within three to five business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorders and made-to-order products follow the estimated timelines stated in their individual product descriptions.
